- Account & Couple Information: Names or nicknames, couple relationship dates, and identifiers you provide to create your Couple.
- User Content: Entries, journal notes, tasks, questions, and anniversaries you save.
- Photos & Media: Images you choose to upload to your Couple. These are stored securely and only for the purpose of displaying and syncing with your partner.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, operate, and improve the App
- Sync content and photos between partners in a Couple
- Maintain service security and integrity
- Support optional features like reminders and streaks
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may only share data in these cases:
- With trusted service providers necessary to run the App (e.g., hosting and storage), under agreements that restrict use of data to providing services to us
- When required by law or legal process
- To enforce our Terms of Service
4. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account or Couple at any time. When a Couple is deleted or becomes empty, associated data (including photos and entries) will be permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to legal obligations and routine backup retention.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee complete security.

Couplez does not serve behavioral advertising, does not sell your data, and does not use your photos or content to train AI models.
